Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is:

PETS

This week I've used one of our older images, called Kittens in the Snow.  For my card though, I've decided there is no snow!  I've coloured the image with Copics, and used a Spellbinders set of dies to frame the image.

My papers are from the Echo Park Our Baby paper pack.  I've used a set of Jeanine's Art dies for the butterflies, and added 49 and Market flowers, and Bo Bunny enamel dots.  The lace strip is Simplicity.

Our theme for the week: USE A DIE

I'm using the Birthday Creator set, which is filled with individual elements and sentiments, so that you can create your own image, to suit whatever your requirements are.

I've coloured the image with Copics and then used a Creative Expressions set to cut out the image and the pink paper behind it.  I've also used Creative Expressions dies for the two balloons in the top left corner.

My background paper and cute ittle birthday stickers are from the Echo Park A Birthday Wish paper pack, and the pink paper is from the Reminisce Easter Time Kit.

I've also added a few little Doodlebug Design enamel dots.

EASTER

I've used one of our gorgeous newer images, called Bunny Princess.  I've coloured the image with Copics and used a set of Kaiser Craft dies to cut her out.

My paper is from the Reminisce Bunny Hop paper pack.

I've used a Bo Bunny die for the sentiment and added a Doodlebug Design enamel dot.  My flowers are a mix of 49 and Market and I Am Roses.

SPRING COLOURS

I've chosen one of the images from the Girls With Glasses pdf colouring book.

I've coloured the image with Copics and used a simple card design using papers from the Echo Park My Favorite Easter paper pack.

I've added a strip of Birch Creative lace and a handmade doily.  My flowers are Little Birdie and the 2 little bees are nameless.

We have a fun new challenge ready to go on the blog this week, and our lovely Kitty has chosen your theme.  She'd like to see SHAPED CARDS this week.

I've been having lots of fun colouring flowers recently, so I chose Tulips for my card.  

I created the background card on my Cameo which also allowed me to cut my papers perfectly.  My papers are from the Poppy Crafts Purple Brilliance paper pack.

I've coloured the image with Copics and used a Poppy Crafts die to cut it out.  The sentiment is a Creative Expressions stamp.  All I've added to the card are 3 little American Crafts pearls.

Circles are definitely an easy way to produce a shaped card, but there are so many great ideas available, especially if you're using a Cricut or Cameo to cut them out for you.  For more ideas, be sure to check our what the rest of the team have created this week.

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is:

PINK AND/OR PEARLS

I had a wonderful 3 week visit from my sister, and while she was here, we decided to re-colour one of the first Paper Shelter images we ever used.  I chose Si Belle!  You can see my original version here, coloured way back in 2015.  We had great fun comparing our two versions, and seeing how far we've both come.

I've coloured this gorgeous image with Copics, and chosen papers from the Stamperia Romance Collection.  I've distressed all the edges.  I've added a strip of lace and made a bow with it.  I've then added a Bella! Bling pearl swirl, and The Paper Boutique individual pearls.
